All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Prices, discounts, and stock availability may change without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Z SHOP reserves the right to cancel or refuse any related order.
We do not offer price matching with other stores or websites.
Orders outside Dhaka may require an advance payment of Tk. 200 or 10% of the total order value (whichever is higher).
We may verify your payment details to prevent fraud.
If verification fails or the customer does not respond, the order may be canceled.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
During holidays or promotional periods, delivery may take longer.
You may request a return or refund if:
You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or
The ordered item is found to be out of stock.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in brand-new condition.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take up to 14 working days.
Products sold on Z SHOP may come with a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty as mentioned in the product details.

Misuse of vouchers, cashback, or offers is strictly prohibited.
Any fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
Z SHOP reserves the right to deny service in such cases.
Z SHOP is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or products.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or availability of our website.
Customers must provide accurate information during checkout (name, phone, address, email).
Z SHOP will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details.
Customers may cancel orders before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds for canceled orders will follow our refund policy.

Z SHOP-এ স্বাগতম! এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট (www.zshop.com.bd) ব্যবহারের নিয়ম এবং আমাদের কাছ থেকে পণ্য কেনার শর্ত নির্ধারণ করে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। যদি আপনি সম্মত না হন, অনুগ্রহ করে সাইটটি ব্যবহার করবেন না।
Z SHOP যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো গ্রাহককে সেবা দিতে অস্বীকার করার অধিকার রাখে।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, পণ্য বা সার্ভিসের কোনো অংশ অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, বিক্রি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
আমরা যেকোনো সেবা বা পণ্য পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়া পরিবর্তন বা বন্ধ করতে পারি।
আপনি আমাদের দেওয়া যেকোনো রিভিউ, মতামত বা পরামর্শ Z SHOP-এর সম্পত্তি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
আপনি মিথ্যা তথ্য, অন্যের পরিচয় ব্যবহার বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করতে পারবেন না।
ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে এবং ভ্যাটসহ প্রদর্শিত হয় (যদি না অন্যভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে)।
মূল্য ও স্টকের প্রাপ্যতা পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
ভুল মূল্যে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের অর্ডার Z SHOP বাতিল করতে পারে।
আমরা অন্য বিক্রেতার সাথে মূল্য সমন্বয় (price match) করি না।
ঢাকার বাইরে অর্ডারের জন্য ২০০ টাকা বা মোট অর্ডারের ১০% অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করতে হতে পারে।
ফ্রড প্রতিরোধের জন্য পেমেন্ট যাচাই করা হতে পারে।
যদি যাচাই ব্যর্থ হয় বা গ্রাহক সাড়া না দেন, অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং ট্রাফিক, আবহাওয়া বা অন্যান্য কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
যদি কোনো পণ্য অর্ডারের পর স্টক শেষ হয়ে যায়, Z SHOP অর্ডার বাতিল করে রিফান্ড দিতে পারে।
ছুটির দিন বা অফার সময় ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে।
রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে যদি:
আপনি ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পান, অথবা
পণ্যটি অর্ডারের পর স্টক শেষ হয়ে যায়।
রিটার্নকৃত পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংয়ে এবং নতুন অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে এবং সর্বোচ্চ ১৪ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
Z SHOP থেকে বিক্রিত পণ্যসমূহে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারার বা সেলার ওয়ারেন্টি থাকতে পারে (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।

কুপন, ক্যাশব্যাক বা অফারের অপব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
এ ধরনের কার্যকলাপের ফলে অর্ডার বাতিল, একাউন্ট স্থগিত বা আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
Z SHOP প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সেবা প্রত্যাখ্যানের অধিকার রাখে।
Z SHOP ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।
ওয়েবসাইট সবসময় সচল থাকবে তা আমরা নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।
গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই সঠিক যোগাযোগের তথ্য (নাম, ফোন, ঠিকানা, ইমেইল) প্রদান করতে হবে।
ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে Z SHOP দায়ী থাকবে না।
অর্ডার শিপমেন্টের আগে বাতিল করা যাবে।
একবার পণ্য পাঠানো হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে না।
বাতিল অর্ডারের রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রদান করা হবে।
Z SHOP ওয়েবসাইটের সব টেক্সট, ছবি, লোগো ও বিবরণ আমাদের সম্পত্তি।
লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কন্টেন্ট কপি বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
আমরা গ্রাহকের তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও সেবা উন্নয়নের জন্য ব্যবহার করি।
গ্রাহকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় না।

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
যেকোনো বিরোধ ঢাকা আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
Z SHOP সময় সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে।
পরিবর্তনের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা মানে আপনি নতুন শর্ত মেনে নিয়েছেন।
